All heads are OEM Polaris and ALL 900/1000 head are hot tanked, bead blasted, Exhaust guides upgraded to Bronze (Intake if needed), Newen CNC Contour Valve job, ALL NEW Intake and Exhaust valves Alloy Stainless NK401 and coated, All new Viton hat seals (superior to oem for high heat control), Deck is flatness certified and decked if necessary, New hdwe, and Head is assembled and vac. tested. All NEW-style heads are SHIM CONVERTED to accept separate shims (shims not included) instead of having to purchase new buckets for each valve adjustment. This includes Custom retainers AND all NEW buckets/tappets. Polaris OEM heads are known to wear seats and valve guides VERY quickly and this leads to quick engine failure, dont compromise your rebuild by not addressing this potential issue and key component of any proper engine rebuild.
