Polaris RZR Severe Duty Head

2011 -2013 900 RZR SEVERE DUTY cylinder head. This 900 RZR cylinder head has been fully machined with Moldstar valve seats, BRONZE exhaust guides, NEW Ferrea HN-Competition series valves, NEW HD valve springs, Viton spec valve seals, etc. Valve job is tailored to a high temp environment and employs a wide seats / 44 deg angles for better heat dissipation and increased life. Further the head has been machined to accept oversize 33mm buckets to accommodate Webcams Custom camshafts (included) that dramatically increase midrange power. Head has been decked .005 and final chamber size is 31cc. Included are the new Intake and Exhaust custom camshafts, New 33mm hardened Buckets, etc. Head is complete and cams have been shimmed to spec.

You MUST properly break-in the camshafts with accepted procedures and we HIGHLY recommend Driven BR-series Break in oil to do so.
