MCB Polaris RZR Pro-R 220hp models primary drive clutch FOR ALL 2012-23 Pro-R models.

 

 

This clutch is our own design. It is a replica of the OEM Polaris primary except our clutch is an all Billet design with superior bushing materials. Stainless Steel spider guides combined with phenolic spider pucks that can sustain significant more heat than OEM and provide the proper hardness for maximum longevity. The faceplate is an all billet design that eliminates tower deflection, reducing binding and heat. We use only the highest quality alloy materials for the sheaves and nitride coated tool steel on the main shaft and crankshaft mounting countersink area. The clutch is precision balanced.

Comes fully calibrated ready to mount. Customized if you have oversize tires by choosing the appropriate box / tire size. We can also custom tune your clutch for specific applications. Rock crawling where high speed is not a need. Deep mud only where all you want is lots of low end torque. High speed trail of seasonal road running where you'll be in the mid to higher RPM's most the time. We can custom tune for your needs. Additional weights and spring rates are available for those need wide variation in adjustability.
