MCB Stage-1 Top-end rebuild kit for the 2016-2024 Polaris FACTORY Turbo (925) engines. Kit includes:
2 - MCB CUSTOM FORGED Premium pistons (9.44-1 compression) with reverse dome and larger Intake-reliefs over stock (if you are stepping up your cam/timing). These MCB Custom pistons are forged from 2618T/L alloy that is light years ahead of the standard 4032 material and offers a huge upgrade in ductility, form retention, dome strength, and ring groove rigidity. This is absolutely the correct material for any Turbo and Race use. We have designed this piston with a semi-full round skirting for incredible stability and wear characteristics'. Further MCB has added double annular, forced pin oiling to ensure the highly stressed pins get adequate lubrication. Lastly the ring stack has been lowered, anti-detonation machining employed as well as pressure balance groove added when the waste-gate doesn't actuate quick enough and overwhelms the ring margins.
Kit also includes .160 thick wall tool steel pins, sure seat clips, and the best Gas-Nitride Ring set you can buy with Napier second rings! Lastly we include GENUINE Cometic HEAD gaskets to keep all that boost sealed. Top-End Gasket kit includes everything pictured with Stainless turbo and gate' gaskets! This kit is a drop-in, massive upgrade for the factory Polaris piston 2206216.
