MCB only uses original Gilardoni / OEM Polaris cylinders with OE certified plating. MCB holds better than OE tolerances on Roundness, Taper, and clearance. MCB stocks a large selection of professionally remanufactured cylinders for exchange. Our cylinders are plated to the highest standard and are properly sized with Digital CNC Diamond hones. We refuse to use the Chinese / aftermarket version of these cylinder based on several issues we have had with them.

How are core fee works:
All core fees will be issued back to your credit card once the USEABLE core cylinder is received at MCB and inspected. When shipping cylinders for core refunds it is critical that you pack it WELL to avoid damage AND include a copy of the invoice or at least some kind of note telling us who you are. We cannot refund your money or apply a core fee waiver if we don't know who you are or if the cylinders are unrepairable when received. Cores must be received within 30 days to receive full credit.
Stripped threads repairs are an additional $65.00, Broken studs are $65.00 additional, gouges or damage in the sealing surfaces (head/reed/base) are and additional $75.00 IF repairable.

In order to make sure you are ordering the correct cylinder(s) you will need to obtain the casting number on the cylinder. Examples are listed below.
