Our NEW PLATINUM engine kits are absolutely the finest, most comprehensive Engine build kits you can buy. EXCLUSIVE - All our RZR 925 Turbo rebuild kits use ONLY Custom FORGED pistons, 5140 forged crankshafts, H-BEAM connecting rods, OEM Main and Rod bearings, application specific ring-sets, ETC!

Our PLATINUM kits now include proper bearing matching. You MUST provide us with your crankcase codes and we will then match the bearings to your new MCB crankshaft and supply you with you specific diagram showing your bearing codes and locations. We ALSO supply you with new Plasti-gauge for spot checking your crankcases to ensure these critical bearing clearances!

Genuine OEM Polaris completely re-plated cylinder block (these are TURBO only HD CLOSED deck cylinders)
Genuine Polaris NEW Forged HD 5140 series crankshaft, balanced. Unlike the Typical 900/1000 OE crankshafts which are not up to the abuse these see, the OEM Turbo crankshaft is very well designed, properly manufactured, highly capable component and why we choose OE here.
MCB EXCLUSIVE Custom FORGED pistons with HD Tapered Alloy pins for TURBO use.
MCB EXCLUSIVE Pro-Series Ring set this alone solves many issues with oil consumption (includes Turbo Stainless Top and Napier Second rings)
MCB EXCLUSIVE H-BEAM connecting rods with ARP rod bolts good to 600HP! This ALONE is a KEY upgrade to these TURBO XP engines

NOTE: You MUST specify your exact year/machine AND note your original cylinder casting number (for instance EZ93-5br) to ensure getting the correct parts. There is a cylinder core charge that will be refunded when sending us your re-plateable cylinder back.

IMPORTANT: most all the Polaris Pro-Star 900/1000/Turbo engines suffer from excessive valve guide wear and this MUST be checked to determine if additional work is necessary on the Complete Head. The TURBO use a higher grade guides but it also sees MUCH higher operating heat and loading.
