Genuine MCB Stage-2 rebuild kit for ALL 2013-2019 Polaris 800's. Stage 2 includes:
- Completely remanufactured crankshaft with all new components, bearings, new pump drive gear and seals. Trued and indexed better than OEM.

Note: When ordering this kit you MUST know what Crankshaft you have. Starting in 2015 some Axys & PRO chassis sleds have the lightweight crankshaft. This crankshaft is an additional $250.00 more than the STD. crankshaft used in the 800's from 2008-2015. If your crankshaft has the full round counterweights you have the Standard crankshaft. If your crankshaft has the Scalloped / Undercut counter weights that is the more expensive light-weight crankshaft. SEE DROP DOWN PHOTOS. - Complete MCB Durability kit top-end with Genuine MCB Custom pistons, Riken ring sets, Pins, Clips and HD Pin bearings.

- Also ALL gaskets, O-rings, injector seals/rings, Power valve seals, are included in our complete Professional Gasket and seal kit

NOTE: You must choose which Durability kit you want in the drop-down section below. Choose Forged for the ultimate in Durability and Strength, Cast for OEM performance and long term stability, or Drop in style kit that DOESN'T use the custom spacer plate and longer skirt pistons but includes a huge upgrade from the OEM pistons with our Drop-in forged pistons.

Please remember cylinder Bore condition and SIZE is critical and you MUST properly gauge yours for the best results with any engine rebuild. For this reason we also offer a Stage-3 rebuild kit that includes a PROPERLY replated and CORRECTLY sized cylinder block. (see the Polaris Stage-3 section).
