The NEW MCB Pro-Series RZR 1000 Polaris pistons have been designed with Proven power and Extreme durability in mind. These Custom FORGED MCB pistons are EXCLUSIVE and feature a full round skirt design to dramatically improve bore stability, increase ring sealing/life, improve oil-ring control and offer extensive internal milling to reduce localized mass. Further improvements include piston oiler reliefs, accumulator grooving, and lowered ring stack to alleviate ring exposure without compromising detonation resistance.--

In addition to these features our new pistons offer a state of the art reverse dome profile, ultra flat ring lands, and improved pin oiling. Extended high RPM requires a fine balance between piston weight while maintaining stability and pin deflection. Our custom RZR 1000 piston accomplishes this while enhancing the all important ring seal at the same time. The Pro-Series 1000 RZR piston is so well engineered they are left and right separate to compensate for the odd chamber pumping that the Pro-Star engines create.

For those looking to increase power later, our FORGED RZR 1000 pistons are so durable you can use these in MILD (up to 10 lbs) boosted applications with the proper head gasket!

Last but not least, MCB includes PREMIUM ring sets that feature Gas Nitrided top rings, Back-cut Napier second rings and SS50U oil control rings all of which will greatly improve the ring seal and life of your engine.
