MCB's NEW 1065 BIG BORE PLATINUM LONG-ROD Series Stage-4 Rebuild kit - Polaris 1000 RZR/RANGER/GENERAL 2014 and up. Our NEW PLATINUM engine kits are absolutely the finest, most comprehensive Engine build kits you can buy. EXCLUSIVE - All our 1000 rebuild kits use ONLY Custom FORGED pistons, 5140 forged crankshafts, H-BEAM connecting rods, OEM Main and Rod bearings, ETC!

The MCB 1065 BIG BORE / LONG ROD build kit takes your stock 1000 Polaris to another level. Our exclusive Platinum Long-Rod kit is further enhanced by the use of a Forged Custom 96MM piston set and Matched large bore cylinder block that uses our proprietary hone finish for outstanding ring seal and exceptional cylinder wear! With NO mods whatsoever the MCB 1065 kit will easily net an additional 11HP and with additional head mods can produce 110 hp at the wheels! When clutched properly the MCB 1065 kits will run with a stock Turbo RZR. Torque is dramatically improved from right off Idle and Power gains are all the way through redline. Please NOTE: These Big Bore kits utilize a higher compression (12.5-1 depending on model/head) and with the increase in engine size, tuning will likely be required.

Our NEW 1000 Long-Rod kit uses our EXCLUSIVE H-Beam connecting rods that are not only rated to 600 HP!, but reduce bearing deflection, reduce side loading, reduce piston weight AND increase R/S ratio! We include a custom CNC'd spacer and Cometic gaskets in order to further raise the cylinder which aids cooling and reduces windage losses.

Our PLATINUM kits also now include proper OEM bearing matching. You MUST provide us with your crankcase codes (see pic) and we will then match the bearings to your new MCB crankshaft and supply you with you specific diagram showing your bearing codes and locations. We ALSO supply you with new Plasti-gauge for spot checking your crankcases to ensure these critical bearing clearances are met!

NOTE: You MUST specify your exact year/machine AND note your original cylinder casting number (for instance 5632934) to ensure getting the correct parts. There is a cylinder core charge that will be refunded when sending us your re-plateable cylinder back.

Lastly, if you are looking to fully utilize the MCB 1065 extra cc's, we also recommend machining for larger exhaust valves as well as our Custom ground camshafts.
