MCB's answer to folks looking to spend a little less but want a Superior top-end to the problematic factory parts.
In 2021 we have implemented extensive design changes to this VERY popular kit and it now stands above all others when it comes to Drop-In piston replacement for the 800 CFI engines. Increased Dome buttress, FEA skirt design, Thicker thrust wall, are just a few of the updates that move this piston kit to the highest level. With the PROPER bore finish and piston clearance, these updated MCB pistons have even been proven in 15 PSI Turbo usage with excellent results. As always bore condition/sizing is CRITICAL to the longevity of any top-end.
Our kit uses a MATCHED set of German forgings, combined with Premium ring sets and PROPER gaskets, injector o-rings and seals. All parts necessary (except cylinder mono-block) to do your top-end are included! We even include our multi-page Polaris tips/issues sheet!
