OEM replacement parts to rebuild Can Am X3 secondary clutch. This is the stock OEM replacement Helix / Cam for all 195hp RR models. This also includes the OEM spring for 195hp RR models 420638126 and a set of MCB impact resistant rollers to correct the OEM rollers that so often fail on the X3's.

This kit is a great value for someone who broke their rollers and it ruined their stock helix by grooving it.
This is also a great value for anyone who tuned a DS or R model up to the 185/210 HP range. This is an absolute must kit for that level of HP.

Kit includes:
1 - Stock OEM helix 420280846 = 48/52
1 - Stock OEM Can Am Spring 420638126 = 134lbs@3.25" and 297lbs@1.5"

This option allows us to tailor your clutch calibration to your riding style. Example would be if you are a deep sand, deep mud or rock crawler you might want the clutch to be more tailored for all low end torque and slower speed performance.

Larger tires apply more load and stress to the clutches. Large tires significantly reduce overall performance if not properly compensated for. MCB custom calibrates all clutches for tire size, elevation, and riding style. When you see +1-2" or +3-4" this means that your current tires are 1-2" or 3-4" taller than stock. So take a RZR 1000 for example. They typically come with 29" tires. If you have 32" tires, then that is a +3-4". Tire sizes that are +5-6 will INCLUDE the heavy duty secondary spring, This spring is needed to keep the belt from slipping with larger tires. (You Do Not need to select a HD Spring if offered in another Option).

We need to know your elevation in order to calibrate your clutches properly. High elevation (thin air, less oxygen) robs horsepower from the motor and clutching needs to be adjusted for this accordingly.
