The MCB Pro-series primary drive clutch is the most robust design on the market for the 2002-2007 Polaris Sportsman 700. With Billet faceplate and larger bushings the Pro-series primary drive clutch has proven to be the robust design on the market and at a affordable price.

- 1 Fully assembled Primary Drive for Polaris 700, calibrated for your tire size, riding style, and elevation. (All prompted questions prior to checkout).
- With the various different clutches offered over the years that are a total of 3 different clutches your Sportsman could have in regards to the style of idle bearing or solid post style clutch you have. You will be prompted to choose your design. Keep in mind if you have a one or two way bearing vs solid post you cannot switch your style clutch without changing the belt length. MCB Can help!!

Description
MCB Polaris 700 primary drive clutch FOR ALL 2002-07 models.
- Uses the same belt as your original clutch
- No secondary clutch changes needed
- Uses the same puller as your original clutch
- Has optional smooth two way bearing or ribbed one way bearing. Refer to photos.
If you are uncertain of your clutching issues and think you might also need a secondary clutch please look at our clutch combination kits that include both a Primary and a Secondary clutch.
Comes fully calibrated ready to mount. Custom if you have oversize tires by choosing the appropriate box / tire size. We can also custom tune your clutch for specific applications. Rock crawling where high speed is not a need. Deep mud only where all you want is lots of low end torque. Plowing snow, towing etc etc etc. High speed trail of seasonal road running where you'll be in the mid to higher RPM's most the time. We can custom tune for your needs.
This primary clutch is our own design. It is a replica of the OEM Polaris primary except our clutch uses superior bushing material. Our faceplate is an all billet design. Our main post is 38mm instead of stock 28mm diameter. This allows our faceplate bushing to have 64% more surface area. This significantly stabilizes the moveable sheave in staying parallel to the fix sheave. This results in less "clutch binding", reduces heat and results in an overall more durable and smoother shifting clutch. Our open style faceplate has more effective cooling. The billet design is stronger and doesn't deflect. This prolongs the spider puck life by not distorting the moveable sheave towers that the spider pucks push off of. Our spider pucks are 100% PHENOLIC. Our weights are "bushed" unlike the factory and other aftermarket clutches that use steel on steel weights and pins. We use only the highest quality alloy materials for the sheaves and nitride coated tool steel on the main shaft and crankshaft mounting countersink area. The clutch is precision balanced.
We calibrate each clutch that leaves here for 2-seater vs 4-seater, Tire size, elevation, and riding preferences, etc. (see prompts at checkout)
