2021-24 Polaris Ranger 1000 Primary Drive Clutch and Polaris Secondary driven clutch assemblies (combination), assembled fully calibrated (all options except Rangers with SOHC single overhead cam motors and Northstar w/generation after 2022). Replaces primary clutches = 1323397, 1323698, 1323801, 1327162 (P90X style clutches) and replaces the following secondary sheave assemblies 1323450, 1323451, (all P90X secondary style clutches from 2018-20)

These are bolt on ready to go clutches, no assembly required other than installing them onto the machine.
The MCB Pro-series primary clutch included in this listing is a significant improvement over the factory Polaris P90X primary that is so often prone to failure. Our Pro series clutch is based on a proven design that can withstand much higher HP than any 1000 Ranger puts out. Therefore making it very robust in any situation (snow plowing, towing, farm use, deep mud, or just regular trail touring). We can custom calibrate these clutches for specific use such as high load snow plowing, towing, trail riding, etc. Custom calibration results in improved belt life, clutch life and an overall better experience with the machine. An example would be for high load situation such as plowing, towing or mud use, we would run a weight, spring and helix set up that focuses on high belt squeeze, while slowing the upshift down in the secondary so that it stays in low gear longer giving you more low end torque without belt slip and or belt and clutch damage.

MCB Polaris Ranger 1000 primary drive clutch FOR ALL 2021-24 models with P90X style clutches (not P190X on SOHC or Northstar after 2022 w/generator).

- MCB billet faceplate eliminates tower deflection, reduces binding, and heat. Larger oil impregnated faceplate bushing keeps entire moveable assembly parallel to the fixed sheave for smoother and cooler functionality.
- Two way bearing, all engine braking is done in the secondary clutch
Comes fully calibrated ready to mount. Customized if you have oversize tires by choosing the appropriate box / tire size. We can also custom tune your clutch for specific applications. Rock crawling where high speed is not a need. Deep mud only where all you want is lots of low end torque. More low end for plowing or towing. High speed trail of seasonal road running where you'll be in the mid to higher RPM's most the time. We can custom tune for your needs. Additional weights and spring rates are available for those need wide variation in adjustability.
This clutch is our own design, except our clutch uses superior bushing materials, superior hardened rollers, premium two way bearing. The faceplate bushing has more surface area than OE Polaris and is a self lubricating brass oil impregnated material. We use only the highest quality forged alloy materials for the sheaves and nitride coated tool steel on the main shaft and crankshaft mounting countersink area. The clutch is precision balanced.
