MCB Exclusive STAGE-2 rebuild Kit for The TC 85 / 105 2018-2024 with 105 big bore kit piston. This kit assumes you already have the entire 105 kit, this kit is just our Stage II kit but it comes with the 105cc piston if you have a 105 kit.
Includes:
- Premium German engineered Wossner crankshaft, or optional OEM new crankshaft 47230018100
- Forged and Shot Peened connecting rod.
- Slightly lighter weight than (Wossner version) OEM with improved strengthened connecting rod and overall durability.
- Bushed wrist pin end with additional oil grooves.
- Premium lower end connecting rod roller bearing.
- All OEM KTM main crank bearings
- Premium German Forged Wossner piston 105cc big bore. OEM pistons available as well. 47230071001
- Full engine gasket set.
- The crankshaft & piston included in this kit are of better quality than the OEM KTM parts and is exactly what we would use if we were building our own KTM!

We currently have Factory (OEM) KTM Crankshaft available for the KTM/TC/MC 85, as well as OEM KTM pistons and cylinders if that is your choice.
