Genuine OEM Kawasaki KDX 200 cylinder Casting Number 1742 (your casting number MUST match). This is a professionally remanufactured Kawasaki KDX 200 cylinder that has been Nicasil plated back to exact OEM specifications and Diamond honed to ensure proper ring seating and OEM longevity. Simply check/set your ring gaps, wash, and install.
Remember, a properly sized cylinder and Matched piston (see our Stage 1 kits) are CRITICAL to a good top-end rebuild, MCB components take the guess work out of your build!
Due to rarity and difficulty in obtaining good cores, we have implemented a policy that REQUIRES the customers core to be shipped to us and inspected BEFORE we will release the order. Your core cylinder CANNOT be sleeved, ported or oversized to be considered an acceptable core.
