Genuine MCB Stage-2 rebuild kit for ALL 2001-2005 Polaris 800 Liberty motors VES and non-VES(2001).

Stage 2 includes:
- Completely remanufactured crankshaft with all new components, bearings. Trued and indexed better than OEM.
- Genuine MCB Custom Cast dual ring pistons, Riken ring sets, Pins, Clips and bearings. (Optional Forged pistons)
- Also ALL gaskets, O-rings and seals are included in our Complete professional Gasket and seal kit
- Optional other parts include: New premium Gates water/oil pump belt // Crankcase sealant // Water pump shaft // Etc.

Please remember Bore condition and SIZE is critical and you MUST properly gauge yours for the best results with any engine rebuild. For this reason we also offer a Stage-3 rebuild kit that includes a PROPERLY replated and CORRECTLY sized cylinder block. (see the Polaris Stage-3 section).
