POLARIS Sportsman / Scrambler 850 & 1000 Cylinder re-plate Nikasil plating upper crankcase half and piston kit 2204957 2205144 2204054

This SKU# is not for purchasing a new set of crank cases. This is a service of re-plating the cylinders that are part of the upper crank case. This requires you to send up your upper case half for us to re-plate your existing cylinder. Note 2013 850 models are an iron bore, not nikasil plated. So for the 2013 850's crank cases p/n 2204054 we can still fix these, but it will be a boring service and not a re-plate.

MCB holds better than OE tolerances on Roundness, Taper, and clearance. Our cylinders are plated to the highest standard and are properly sized with Digital CNC Diamond hones. Included in this service MCB sets the clearance on your cylinder specifically to a set of Forged German Wossner pistons that are part of this purchase. This way we know everything has perfect tolerances on your top end.

Includes:
- Cylinder/upper case half re-plating (850 or 1000), hone matched to a set of Forged Wossner pistons, rings, pins, and clips
- Wossner forged piston kit (850 or 1000) see attached photo. This photo is only showing a top end gasket set, but you will receive a full engine gasket set as described.
- Full engine gasket set that includes crank seals (850 or 1000).

Full engine rebuild kits are available through MCB that include crankshafts, oil pumps, water pumps, mechanical seals, timing chains, etc. (see last photo)
