This is a complete secondary / driven clutch assembly for all Arctic Cat models 1998-04 with the keyway jackshafts (see application chart in extended description). We build the clutch here prior to shipping for your exact year, make and model. We build it based on the information you will have to fill out at checkout (model, track length, elevation, modifications). There are several factors that determine which helix angle and spring rate to use for your model. It is important that you give us the proper data in order to calibrate your clutch properly.

- The moveable sheave opens axially to the stationary sheave without rotational movement. This translates to no scrubbing motion on the belt face producing less heat and friction.
- Being "tied" with two sets of rollers (internally and externally) along with wide, durable and spaced bushings this secondary does not "bind" upon the belt pulling on the sheaves, unlike all other designs in the industry.
- All torque is transmitted through the helix, making clutch tuning much more precise. This clutch was developed using the extensive testing and design resources.
