Included in ALL Ski-Doo PLATINUM kits is the following:
- New OEM Crankshaft completely rebuilt with all new C4 bearings and OEM center seals, NEW pump drive gear, trued and properly indexed to better than oem Specs! Ready to drop in. -
- Genuine MCB Pistons The 600 NON-HO pistons we only ofer our custom Dual-Ring Forged pistons
- CD series ring sets. Riken and NPR only! NO cheap rings in our kits!
- New Genuine SKF pin bearings and Sureseat pin clips
- OEM SKI-DOO iron bore cylinders bored oversize and Diamond honed to proper spec. and matched to our MCB Exclusive Dual-Ring pistons
- New OEM BRP Oiling check valves
- New Lifetime severe-duty oil lines (Not-etec) with proper Oetiker clamps
- New complete Water pump rebuild kit including BOTH rubber AND the mechanical rotary seal
- New OEM water pump bearings
- MCB water pump press tool (and instruction sheet)
- Proper crankcase sealant (this is critical)
- ALL Gaskets, o-rings, radial seals, Injector seals, Crankshaft seals and Multiple size base gaskets to properly set critical quench.
- New HD crankshaft flywheel key
- New OEM BRP thermostat (if applicable)
- Correct NGK spark plugs
- Emailed Factory service manual

NOTE: Your cylinder cores MUST be able to be re-finished at .5 or 1.0 mm oversize
MCB REQUIRES that you send us a comprehensive E-mail with ALL your sled information, as well as any modifications, octane used, elevation and most importantly what the intended usage is. We will then supply you with a tailored kit and installation guidelines to make YOUR build a success! Thats PLATINUM service. Should you choose not to use this customization we will build the kit to a basic trail spec.
