Included in this MCB PLATINUM - SKIDOO 1000 kit is the following:

- New OEM Crankshaft completely rebuilt with all new C4 bearings and OEM center seals, NEW pump drive gear, trued and properly indexed to better than oem Specs! Ready to drop in. - MCB significantly UPGRADES the connecting rods in this kit with Severe Duty Wossner FORGINGS greatly reducing big-end rod deflection which is often the bane of these engines and causes rod bearing failure.

- NEW counter-balancer DRIVE gears (Installed)

- (2) 50ML bottles of genuine Isoflex for the balancer cavities

- Genuine MCB Pistons, these are Custom designed for the MACH-Z and have been tested for YEARS with excellent power and durability. Weight matched and bore set with our cylinders. Dual Ring, Forged, oiling holes!

- CD series ring sets. Riken and NPR only! NO cheap rings in our kits!

- New Genuine SKF pin bearings and Sure-seat pin clips

- New OEM Monoblock /cylinders. Re-plated to the highest standard and featuring MCB's Proprietary cylinder finish.

- MCB Custom Counter balancer bearing kit - these solve the Isoflex migration issues that the Mach Z encounters and are exclusive to MCB!

- New OEM BRP Oiling check valves

- New Lifetime severe-duty oil lines (Not-etec) with proper Oetiker clamps

- New complete Water pump rebuild kit including BOTH rubber AND the mechanical rotary seal

- New OEM water pump bearings

- MCB water pump press tool

- Proper crankcase sealant (this is critical)

- ALL Gaskets, o-rings, radial seals, Injector seals, Crankshaft seals, and misc.

- New HD crankshaft flywheel key

- Correct NGK spark plugs - BR8ECS-S (4172)

We will then supply you with a tailored kit and installation guidelines to make YOUR build a success! Thats PLATINUM service. Should you choose not to use this customization we will build the kit to a basic trail spec.
