Ski Doo 600RS RACE SLED Crankshafts 2008-2019

MCB Remanufactured Ski Doo 600 2008-2019 (VERIFY your actual crankshaft then choose your year in the drop down menu below) / 600 RS / MXZ 600 / MXZX 600RS Crankshaft. ALL NEW OEM bearings, Indexed and properly trued. All MCB Ski Doo crankshafts come with the ISOFLEX grease already installed in the magneto side. We also then include 50ml / 50g of additional Isoflex grease for the assembler to pack the PTO side bearings as the motor is assembled.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1 - BRP made several RUNNING changes to the 600 RACE sleds (RS) and you MUST clearly Identify what crankshaft you have before ordering. It is very common with these engines that crankshafts were swapped and/or BRP used later "upgraded" crankshafts in earlier years than the parts books show!
If you are unsure you MAY take photos of the crankshaft, connecting rods, stuffers, and email us for help with verification.
2 - In the Mid-years YOU MUST measure the crank stuffer attaching screw diameter. BRP initially uses 6mm but then changed to 8mm when they found the screws not holding causing extensive damage. This is ALSO why many (including us) would convert the crankshafts when building them for trail use to eliminate the early problematic stuffers.
3 - The Etec RS's crankshafts are a difficult core to come by and we may need to rebuild YOUR core so be prepared for additional wait time
4 - There is NO WARRANTY on any of the 600RS crankshafts due to the high stress these engines are tuned for. Extremely high compression, Aggressive timing curves and premixed oil should tell you why.
5 - You can contact BRP Race Dept for the Newer Injected RS and they can help with Lower compression heads and re-mapping your ECU if you wish to properly trail convert. The Dealers CAN NOT do this.
6 - MCB Recommends ONLY the best quality oils for all engines but these in PARTICULAR need additional protection. BRP, Redline, Maxima are all good options.
