This MCB exclusive kit is proven to address the common wear items and DRAMATICALLY increase durability with MUCH Stronger, Precision components. Our NEW PLATINUM engine kits are absolutely the finest, most comprehensive Engine build kits you can buy. EXCLUSIVE - All our RANGER rebuild kits use ONLY Custom FORGED pistons, 5140 forged crankshafts, H-BEAM connecting rods, OEM Main and Rod bearings, ETC!
Our NEW 1000 Long-Rod kit uses our EXCLUSIVE H-Beam connecting rods that are not only rated to 600 HP!, but reduce bearing deflection, reduce side loading, reduce piston weight AND increase R/S ratio! We include a custom CNC'd spacer and Cometic gaskets in order to further raise the cylinder which aids cooling and reduces windage losses.
Our PLATINUM kits also now include proper OEM bearing matching. You MUST provide us with your crankcase codes (see pic) and we will then match the bearings to your new MCB crankshaft and supply you with you specific diagram showing your bearing codes and locations. We ALSO supply you with new Plasti-gauge for spot checking your crankcases to ensure these critical bearing clearances are met!

These are Genuine OEM Polaris cylinders and difficult to obtain so we require you to ship us YOUR good core PRIOR to us shipping the order. It is also very helpful if you measure the height of your cylinder and notify us of this when you give us the casting #. This will reserve a cylinder of the correct height and casting while we wait for you to send in your core.
