WE USE ONLY OEM POLARIS BUSHINGS, WEIGHT AXLES AND SPIDER REBUILD KITS. WE DO USE AFTERMARKET SPRINGS AND WEIGHTS DEPENDING ON THE BUILD
UPON RECEIVING YOUR CLUTCH OUR PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS:
DISASSEMBLE AND DIAGNOSE CLUTCH AS AN ASSEMBLY
INSPECT BOTH SHEAVES FOR CRACKS AND OR WASHBOARD (UNEVEN WEARING DUE TO BELT SLIP)
INSPECT THE MOVEABLE SHEAVE BUSHING AREA TO ENSURE IT HAS NOT BEEN COMPRIMISED BEYOND REPAIR AND A NEW BUSHING CAN BE INSTALLED.
INSPECT ALL ROLLERS, THRUST WASHERS AND WEIGHTS.
INSPECT FACE PLATE BUSHING.
INSPECT THE STATIONARY SHEAVE POST WHERE THE MOVEABLE SHEAVE BUSHING TRAVELS OVER. SIGNIFICANT DURATIONS OF IMPROPER BELT DEFLECTION CAN COMPRIMISE THE COATING ON THIS SHAFT.

IN ORDER TO DO SO WE NEED YOUR EXACT YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, TRACK LENGTH AND LUG HEIGHT, YOUR WEIGHT, ANY OTHER MODIFICATIONS YOU MAY HAVE DONE TO THE SLED. RIDING STYLE (10,000 FT ALL DEEP POWDER, OR HARD PACK FLAT FAST TRAILS, ETC.) WE ALSO NEED TO KNOW THE CONDITION OF YOUR ENGINE AS WE WILL NOT INSTALL PERFORMANCE CLUTCHING IN A WORN LOW COMPRESSION ENGINE SITUATION.
