UPON RECEIVING YOUR CLUTCH OUR PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS:

DISASSEMBLE AND DIAGNOSE CLUTCH AS AN ASSEMBLY
INSPECT BOTH SHEAVES FOR CRACKS AND OR WASHBOARD (UNEVEN WEARING DUE TO BELT SLIP)
INSPECT THE MOVEABLE SHEAVE BUSHING AREA TO ENSURE FLANGE IS INTACT AND WILL ACCEPT A NEW BUSHING. CUSTOMERS OFTEN NEGLECT THEIR CLUTCHES TO THE POINT THE SHOULDER STOP FEATURE FOR THE BUSHING IS WORN BEYOND REPAIR. WE HAVE A FIX FOR THIS IF THAT'S THE CASE. WE INSTALL OUR HD TRI-METAL COATED SPLIT RING BUSHING. THIS IS A SIGNIFICANT DRIVEABILITY IMPROVEMENT OVER THE OE STOCK BUSHING. COST IS $149.95 AND INCLUDES MACHINING THE FACE OF THE SHEAVE TO ENSURE IT RUNS TRUE ON ITS AXIS.
INSPECT ALL ROLLERS, THRUST WASHERS AND RAMPS.
INSPECT ALL CUSHION DRIVE PUCKS, & O-RINGS.

WE CAN RECALIBRATE / INSTALL CLUTCH KITS AS PART OF THE REBUILD. IN ORDER TO DO SO WE NEED YOUR EXACT YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, TRACK LENGTH AND LUG HEIGHT, YOUR WEIGHT, ANY OTHER MODIFICATIONS YOU MAY HAVE DONE TO THE SLED. RIDING STYLE (10,000 FT ALL DEEP POWDER, OR HARD PACK FLAT FAST TRAILS, ETC.) WE ALSO NEED TO KNOW THE CONDITION OF YOUR ENGINE AS WE WILL NOT INSTALL PERFORMANCE CLUTCHING IN A WORN LOW COMPRESSION ENGINE SITUATION.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH CLUTCH IS EXAMINED INDIVIDUALLY AND THEN BASED ON THE CUSTOMER NEEDS AND THE CLUTCH WEAR, A QUOTE IS USUALLY NECESSARY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE WORK.
