MCB Stage 2 Polaris Sportsman Scrambler 850 engine rebuild kit 2009-2021

MCB Performance Polaris Sportsman / Scrambler 850 COMPLETE Professional Engine rebuild kit for all 2009 AND UP Polaris 850 Sportsman and Scramblers. This exclusive kit is what we use for all in-House Engine builds and is proven to address the common wear items and DRAMATICALLY increase durability with MUCH Stronger, Precision components.

IMPORTANT: These engine were manufactured with either IRON lined bores or a Nicasil Plated bores. You must verify bore size and IF IRON BORE determine what your final bore size will be after machining. We have pistons for the Iron bore engines available in Std (87MM), and .5mm oversize YOU MUST SPECIFY THIS AT CHECKOUT! If you don't specify bore size you will automatically be sent the Standard bore piston size.

You must also specify your EXACT year and note if it's a Sportsman or Scrambler as there are part differences based on the year and model. You will be prompted to enter this information when you check out as well.

This MCB Polaris 850 rebuild kit includes ALL of the following:

MCB/HR NEW Forged heavy Duty crankshaft (timing chain gear is machined into the crankshaft, not keyway or pressed on)
Vertex FORGED pistons with HD pins and premium ring sets
MCB/HR NEW HD connecting rods with bushed pin ends (installed)
MCB/HR Main bearing kit
MCB/HR HD rod bearings.
Complete counter balancer bearing kit
Vertex Complete gasket set with correct valve seals and all crankshaft oil seals
Timing / Cam chain
COMPLETE Water Pump Rebuild Kit, mechanical seal, and output shaft mechanism
