This puller is for removing the new MCB clutch you are purchasing. The original Arctic Cat clutch and our MCB clutch take different pullers.

Larger tires apply more load and stress to the clutches. Large tires significantly reduce overall performance if not properly compensated for. MCB custom calibrates all clutches for tire size, elevation, and riding style. When you see +1-2" or +3-4" this means that your current tires are 1-2" or 3-4" taller than stock. So take a RZR 1000 for example. They typically come with 29" tires. If you have 32" tires, then that is a +3-4".

Wildcat 1000 X Heavy Duty Secondary Spring. This spring is highly recommended when running oversize tires. Large tires create a significant increase in load on the clutches, this HD spring will hold the belt better and help compensate for the performance loss when adding large tires

In some cases when the clutches fail they can take out the clutch housing cover. This option allows you to add a new cover and 16 screws

We need to know your elevation in order to calibrate your clutches properly. High elevation (thin air, less oxygen) robs horsepower from the motor and clutching needs to be adjusted for this accordingly.

Complete bolt on ready to use Primary Drive clutch for Arctic Cat Wildcat 1000. These applications are for both 2 and 4-seaters.

If you have oversize tires, please choose so in the drop down options and we will custom calibrate your clutch for your tire size. In the notes you can also tell us your riding style for custom calibration, Example: "I don't care about top end speed. We rock crawl and do slow muddy trails. Give me mostly low end torque please".

Advantages of this clutch design:

Ultra-smooth low engagement, yet with improved torque and response as compared to you’re conventional OEM clutch.

- Superior belt squeeze, reducing heat and increasing belt life, putting all the energy to the ground!

- Improved torque and clutch response.

- Allows the machine to cruise at lower RPM yet still have quick response to throttle input.

- Tapered design allows the Center of mass to be considerably closer to the centerline of the clutch and more centered over the crankshaft stub, resulting in less vibration. This requires less inertia to rotate which is why it has the improved responsiveness mentioned above.

- 60% Less moving parts, no rotating parts. No rollers, no pucks, no flyweights, no flyweight axles. This results in superior longevity.

- Linear leverage. This clutch does not lose leverage at higher speeds like a conventional flyweight style clutch.

- The design features mentioned above allow this clutch to perform more consistent to the various riding conditions, tire size, and amount of weight (passengers) in the unit.
