The Polaris Pro-Star 900/1000 engines used in the RZR and RANGER vehicles are the most mass produced engines in the UTV industry. These engines have a reputation for producing reasonable power and mediocre reliability. MCB has done extensive research and testing and have now released what we believe is the BEST replacement Piston available for these engines.
The NEW MCB Pro-Series 900 Polaris pistons have been designed with ultimate durability, (with Box style forgings aspirated AND Boosted applications) light weight, External Pin Boss', and precision fitment. In addition to these features our new pistons offer ultra flat ring lands, targeted oil drain back, and extensive cnc lighting. All MCB Pro-Stars include Tool Steel alloy pins.
With this new design MCB now offers TWO choices for the 900 users depending on application.

Description
MCB offers 5 Stage levels of build kits for most of their ATV and UTV engine rebuild kits.
- Stage 1 is a Top End piston and Gasket set
- Stage 2 is a Stage 1 with the addition of a Crankshaft assembly and full engine gasket set.
- Stage 3 is a Stage 2 kit with the addition of a OEM cylinder.
- Stage 4 is a Stage 3 kit with an oil pump, water pump, cam chains, and crank case sealant
- Stage 5 is a Stage 4 with the addition of a remanufactured head assembly
- Stage 1 is a Top End piston and Gasket set
