SKI-DOO 600 NON-HO & 500ss DUAL-RING PISTONS

You folks asked, and we responded! For years, the Ski-Doo community has been asking us to produce a genuine MCB dual-ring piston for the 600 NON-HO & 500ss.

MCB has started with a blank sheet of paper, and after complete R&D and a whole bunch of CAD time, We have now produced the highest quality piston made for these engines! The goal was to increase durability, improve heat transfer, and radically improve long term sealing.  In typical MCB fashion, these new pistons get it done!

We have these in two sizes - STD and .5mm over

Previously, many people used the 670 piston and a spacer which somewhat fit, however wasn't correct nor the proper dome configuration. Furthermore, the skirt shape wasn't ideal given the stroke change and spacers.  It was a mess and frankly not worthy of the effort. Our new pistons solve all those problems!

MCB is also finishing up our 660 GIANT KILLER kits using these awesome new pistons. These will be a BIG hit with those looking to embarass a few 800's out there!
It includes a COMPLETE Top-End with properly sized cylinders, heads, pistons, etc.  Clutching recommendations and tuning info will be included!!!
