Description
MCB Polaris RZR 1000 primary drive clutch FOR ALL 2024-26 RZR 1000 except Trail S model (that one uses our BP/SS pro-series)
- Uses the same belt as your original clutch
- No secondary clutch changes needed
- Uses the same puller as your original clutch
If you are uncertain of your clutching issues and think you might also need a secondary clutch please look at our clutch combination kits that include both a Primary and a Secondary clutch.
MCB Performance Polaris RZR 1000 Billet faceplate Pro-series primary drive clutch
This design is based off the 2016-20 RZR Turbo design with improved rollers, Billet faceplate, brass oil lite self lubricated faceplate bushing.
- Main post is 38mm vs stock 28mm, resulting in the faceplate bushing surface area to be increased by 44%. This results in a more stable moveable clutch half. Reducing clutch binding, scrubbing, friction, heat and noise by keeping the entire moveable half true to the fixed half for considerable more miles/hours before unsustainable wear occurs.
- In addition, the stronger open design Billet faceplate keeps the moveable sheave spider towers from flexing at the six bolt locations and causing premature spider puck wear by preventing tower deflection under high load.
- All MCB Pro-series come with a 1 year limited warranty and they are individually calibrated for your tire size, modification, riding style, and elevation.
Comes fully calibrated ready to mount. Custom if you have oversize tires by choosing the appropriate box / tire size. We can also custom tune your clutch for specific applications. Rock crawling where high speed is not a need. Deep mud only where all you want is lots of low end torque. High speed trail of seasonal road running where you'll be in the mid to higher RPM's most the time. We can custom tune for your needs. In all cases the clutch is tunable via the normal weight and changes. Multiple weight and spring rates are available for those needing wide variation in adjustability. If you already have a kit that you like, all std kits made for the factory Polaris clutch will mount and work properly in our MCB Pro-series clutches. Our spring pockets and weight pivot point and roller ratios and geometry is all the same as OEM Polaris. Do a review on MCB Pro-series clutches!!
