Ski Doo QRS XRS secondary rollers with optional service tools, Drift pin removal Punch, QRS XP Helex compression Removal Tool complete service kit.

This listing gives you the options to order just the MCB impact resistant rollers and all optional tools for complete Ski Doo clutch servicing including installing the rollers.
Options:
- 1 Pair (2 rollers) of MCB impact resistant Ski Doo secondary QRS secondary clutch rollers. These rollers fit all 2008 - Current Ski Doo models.
- Option #1 = To add 1 (1 pair, 2 pcs) on new roller axles, c-clips and roll pins (see photo)
- Option #2 = To add 1 punch 3/32" for driving the roll pins out that retain the roller axles. (early Ski Doo's will have the C-clips and not use the roll pins)
- Option #3 = To add 1 jackshaft / sprocket holding tool. This tool is used so that you do not have to remove the chain case cover. This holds the sprocket in position so that the jackshaft can be removed with ease and in minimal time. (see photo)
- Option #4 = To add the helix removal tool. This tool is used to remove the helix. It holds the helix stationary while you remove the bolts that would otherwise be under severe load and unsafe. (see photo) This tool works on all options 2008-current internal or external style jackshafts. ****Does not work on 900 ACE models****
- Option #5 = Add a new helix. Often times if your rollers broke, the helix is damaged because it was then riding on the roller axle with no roller and damaged occurred that will now just result in immediately damaging the new rollers. (see photo)
- Option #6 = New Secondary spring. This is just a convenience option if your sled has a lot of miles on it, it is not a bad idea to replace the secondary spring while you have the secondary clutch apart. You must tell us your exact year, make, model, elevation and any modifications you may have done to the machine so we can choose the best secondary spring for you. If you have a spring you like to run simply tell us the rate/load or spring part number.
