Complete Combo kit, Primary Drive and secondary driven clutch for Can Am Maverick 1000, 1000R, all options 2013-20. (Not for X3 see sku#23431320 if you need X3) The primary clutch comes fully assembled and calibrated for your tire size, riding style and elevation. Because of the way the secondary is designed (assembled as you install it) we sell it two ways. 1.) We send just the two sheaves with dampener installed and you use your stock helix, spring and driven pulley shaft. 2.) You the option in a drop down to add a helix and spring. These two components if added will also be selected based on your tire size, elevation and riding style.

Both come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

MCB sells this secondary clutch two ways. 1. Two sheaves and you use your existing helix/cam and spring. (This has to be done as you install the secondary onto the machine) 2. With a new helix and spring included. (This has to be done as you installed the secondary clutch onto the machine per the design) If you choose this option, we need to know your tire size in order to give you maximum performance by choosing the correct spring and helix. So in the next drop down it will ask you your tire size.

This option is to let us know if yours is an XMR or STD as the XMR requires significantly different calibration for it's gear ratio.

In order to calibrate your clutch properly give us your typical riding style.

Riding style

Larger tires apply more load and stress to the clutches. Large tires significantly reduce overall performance if not properly compensated for. MCB custom calibrates all clutches for tire size, elevation, and riding style. When you see +1-2" or +3-4" this means that your current tires are 1-2" or 3-4" taller than stock. So take a RZR 1000 for example. They typically come with 29" tires. If you have 32" tires, then that is a +3-4". Tire sizes that are +5-6 will INCLUDE the heavy duty secondary spring, This spring is needed to keep the belt from slipping with larger tires. (You Do Not need to select a HD Spring if offered in another Option).

We need to know your elevation in order to calibrate your clutches properly. High elevation (thin air, less oxygen) robs horsepower from the motor and clutching needs to be adjusted for this accordingly.

- Superior belt squeeze, reducing heat and increasing belt life, putting all the energy to the ground!

- Improved torque and clutch response.

- Properly set up for your modifications, tire size, elevation, and riding style. Example: If all you do is low end rock crawling, or low end deep mud riding we can adjust the clutch to perform more specifically to that style of riding. Large tires take a lot more inertia to turn, robbing low end torque and acceleration. We can make adjustments to give that performance back!
