When adding larger tires or using in high load situations (sand or deep mud) it is very important to use a higher load secondary spring. This saves on belt wear, keeps the clutches cooler by reducing belt slippage. Recommended if your tire diameter is +3" or larger and or if you use it in the deep sand or mud. Not a bad idea for heavier 4-seaters as well especially if have extra weight with spare tires, coolers, nerf bars etc etc .

This option is for adding a Premium drive belt. MCB only uses belts that they have tested and approved. With Proper calibration these belts have proven to be as good as any in the industry, they are made by the same company as OEM Polaris. Comes with a 3-year warranty.

We need to know your elevation in order to calibrate your clutches properly. High elevation (thin air, less oxygen) robs horsepower from the motor and clutching needs to be adjusted for this accordingly.

MCB Polaris RZR Pro XP driven secondary clutch FOR ALL 2021-23 P90X
- Uses the same belt as your original clutch

If you are uncertain of your clutching issues and think you might also need a primary clutch please look at our clutch combination kits that include both a Primary and a Secondary clutch, see sku# 23431253.

Comes fully calibrated ready to mount. Customized if you have oversize tires by choosing the appropriate box / tire size. We can also custom tune your clutch for specific applications. Rock crawling where high speed is not a need. Deep mud only where all you want is lots of low end torque. High speed trail of seasonal road running where you'll be in the mid to higher RPM's most the time. We can custom tune for your needs. Additional weights and spring rates are available for those need wide variation in adjustability. If you have a higher HP ecu flash tune, please let us know in the notes and let us know how much HP the tune added, roughly.
