ARCTIC CAT 10.4 Diamond Drive Secondary Clutch rebuild 2004-2010 F5 F6 F7 F8 F1000 50001

This SKU# is for a complete rebuild service of 10.0" or 10.4" diamond drive secondary clutches. This is for all Splined and keyway style clutches for 2004-2010 models. This requires you to send your clutch to us for rebuild. Our typical turn a round time is 15-20 days. What we recommend is ordering the service. Printing a copy of the order and sending the clutch in with a copy of the order. Each clutch gets a serial number (order #) and is followed and tracked this way to guarantee you get your own clutch back.
What is all replaced:
- Your stock aluminum hub is machined off and replaced with a coated steel hub that is now removeable / replaceable should it ever fail again
- All new hardened rollers, roller axles, and drift pins
- All new bushings
- All new plastic spring thrust washers
- All new screws
- The secondary spring is tested in our spring tester and only replaced if out of spec. (additional $39.95 if it has to be replaced)
