Ski Doo 850 GEN-4 ETEC MCB FORGED STAGE-1 TOP END REBUILD KIT SEVERE DUTY/TURBO

The 850 Gen-4 Skidoo is a step forward and has shown outstanding power but Doo fans have been modding them from day 1 with Turbos and Centri's. This added load has brought the factory piston to the edge and most all successful builds utilize a custom piston designed for this power and load.

MCB has now released our Severe Duty Gen-4 850 pistons to be used exclusively in these applications. The goal was increased durability and ring-life under heavy usage and heat loads. The Raw forging is unique and features massive skirt buttressing, ultra thick dome cross sections, and increased pin boss attachment. Crown temperatures are reduced by type-3 Anodizing, and rings are further positioned away from the severe heat load.

Lastly these Severe-Duty 850 pistons are also recommended for those High Elevation machines that see frequent, LONG heavy pulls in Deep snow or on the Mountain side.
