MCB PLATINUM Stage-4 Polaris 500 COMPLETE engine rebuild kit. MCB Stage-4 engine kits are the final word in a TRUE COMPLETE rebuild. When you DONT want to second guess the condition of individual components and you DONT want to make multiple trips to the dealer and have missing parts this is your build kit. We have done all the leg work for you and included only Premium quality components that are engineered to increase reliability and ensure 100% compatibility.

MCB Premium Polaris 500 kit Contains:
- NEW HD crankshaft with HD series connecting rod
- Premium Main Bearing kit with crank seals (crank spacers are NOT included!)
- Engine/shaft additional seal kit (by application)
- NEW HD Crank bolt (eliminates this failure point)
- Premium German Wossner / MCB forged Piston with Riken ring set, pin, and circlips (specify your bore size below)
- Complete engine rebuild gasket kit. (by application)
- OEM Polaris Oil-Line seals (4). (MCB Exclusive)
- Genuine POLARIS cylinder that has been PROPERLY Machined and Honed to match the supplied piston. (you may receive either .5mm or 1.0 mm)
- NEW OEM Polaris Timing chain (not the poor quality chinese chains)
- NEW COMPLETE OEM Polaris oil pump WITH pickup
- NEW Premium Counter balancer bearings
- Water pump rebuild kit with seals.
- Correct Polaris specified case sealant (MCB Exclusive)
- 2 quarts Driven BR series Break in oil (The BEST break in oil)
- Premium 10GPM Oil filter (Critical for oil flow rate)
- Emailed copy of service manual with all OEM build info.

Please note that it is ALWAYS standard procedure to also validate the condition of you cylinder head during rebuild. Worn Valves, pitted seats, and out of spec guides can and will compromise an otherwise properly built short-block!
