Genuine Polaris Crankcase Kit - 1204529 / 2204636 2011/2012 900 RZR - Dry Sump motor

This is a BRAND NEW POLARIS Crankcases for the 2011 and 2012 900 RZR. It was used in a mock up build / test fit. These cases have never seen heat / even been run, just used as a build mock up. We have machined and installed a fix for the often found broken starter idler gear. Cases have been drilled and tapped for a high grade HD steel starter idler wheel stud. (See attached photos) This modification was part of the mock up build and we verified the stud location / fix is perfectly located so that the starter gears all mesh 100% properly. This sale of these cases include a new starter, both idler gears and axles. These cases also will only be sold with an MCB Platinum engine build kit. (see details below) These will ONLY fit those years with the factory Dry-Sump oiling systems. These CANNOT be used in alternate applications because of Engine mounting style/oil pan/pump/outlets/etc.

These POLARIS cases are from our Engine build dept. and have had the tensioner relocation upgrade done to them. This is a machined plug that moves the tension guide pivot closer to the crank sprocket to help alleviate the common issues with cam timing jumping. we normally charge 150.00 alone for this proven modification.

Oil diverter (5438214), All new access plugs (7052413), Oil filter mount (2520952) and all new galley plugs. All new main case bolts, but not the smaller perimeter bolts. These cases have OEM bearing codes and will be properly bearing matched for size to the crankshaft that will come with the MCB Platinum Engine rebuild kit that is included in this sale.
