Yamaha Blaster 200cc complete engine rebuild kit
- Hotrods heavy duty trued and forged crankshaft.
- OEM Yamaha cylinder that has been bore matched to a Pro-X (Art) OEM style Japanese piston, or optional premium Wossner piston. (requires a cylinder core)
- We try to keep the above mentioned cylinder in stock at all times, but depending on volume and how fast customer send their cores in we may not always have them in stock. Call first if timing is critical.
- All rings, wrist pin, circlips and a new wrist pin bearing.
- Full engine gasket set with all necessary crank seals. Proper metal style head gasket.
- Crank case sealant is a drop down option if needed.
If comparing to other kits keep in mind this is with a OEM Yamaha cylinder. We have tried those China $66.00 cylinder kits and the quality is extremely poor. So much so we will not even offer them with our kits.

Bore size supplied will be determined based on what matching cylinder and piston we have in stock at the time of your order. It could range from stock 66m to 68mm in any .25mm increment.
We can also bore match your cylinder if that's what you would like.
Purchasing this kit requires a core cylinder to be returned in place of the one we are supplying you.
A core fee is charged for our cylinder, but that core fee is refunded upon arrival of your old cylinder. See core guidelines at checkout.
