This Genuine MCB Stage 5 Kit comes with all necessary materials for a Complete Stage 5 engine rebuild. It includes the following parts:

- Professionally Remanufactured OEM Polaris 570 Cylinder HEAD with all NEW Valves, Seals, Hdwe, Custom bronze guides Completely re-machined, CNC Valve job, Decked (if necessary) and soda blasted. Head is assembled and has been UPGRADED with the MCB shim conversion kit that allows you to utilize the inexpensive replaceable shims instead of purchasing new buckets each time you set your valve lash. The kit INLCUDES NEW zero thickness DLC coated buckets! Will still require you to set your shim heights with YOUR camshafts. There is a core fee required on the cylinder head and will be refunded when we receive your good used core.

- MCB Forged Premium German Piston KIT Std Bore (99 mm) 10.4:1 Compression (with rings, pin, clips)
- BRAND NEW OEM Polaris Cylinder - Std. Bore (Big Bore kits also available)
- 2 OEM Polaris Crank Bearings (this is very important as others use aftermarket bearings and may not be rated and properly classified for this application)
- 2 OEM Polaris Counter Balance Shaft bearings
- Full Professional Gasket Set
- NEW OEM Polaris Cam Chain

IMPORTANT NOTE: On the MID 2017 and up 570, Polaris changed the taper on the Magneto side of the crankshaft. If you are unsure which you have simply measure the very end of that taper. If it measures 22mm choose the drop down option "Early/22MM". If it measures 25mm choose the drop down option "Late/25MM".
