This Dalton Industries clutch kit is for the 2017-2019 Polaris RZR 1000 XP ( not for Highlifter or XP4 version).

One clutch kit that can be set up for different terrain and conditions means accurate clutch tuning for your situation. Improved acceleration, back shifting, and belt performance. The kit is adjustable, making it possible to optimize the clutch calibration for different tire sizes and situations. This kit is for the standard two seat version (final drive gearing, etc.)

Dalton’s patented “Quick Adjust” flyweight system allows you to add or subtract some of the weight from the flyweights, without even removing the flyweights from the drive clutch. The Flyweight version in this kit is specific to this kit.

The instruction manual includes a “set up guide” that explains how to set up the kit for different tire sizes and applications.

FAQ: Since the kit is adjustable, does that mean I have to adjust it and try to get it set up, or have to always speak with someone to tell me how to do it ?

Answer: No. The fact that the kit can be adjusted simply means that if you later change tire size or situation that you will not have to purchase another clutch kit version. With this clutch kit the set up manual tells you how to set it up for different applications if you change later. The flyweights are adjustable for mass.

FAQ: Some other kits listed here for other models contain a helix for the secondary clutch, why not this kit?

Answer: For the 2017-2019 model years the factory components are different. The helix in the 2017-2019 has a helix ramp that is fine and we can calibrate with the rest of the kit. Clutch calibration kits are the results of testing and each model is individual to us. If the stock helix is fine, then it is fine. We do not sell you parts that are not necessary.
