YOUR CYLINDER SHOULD HAVE A CASTING # OF "KZ3" AND THERE SHOULD BE A LETTER EITHER BESIDE OR UNDERNEATH THAT - WE WILL NEED TO KNOW THE KZ3 AND THE LETTER AND/OR NUMBER. YOU MUST CHOOSE THIS LETTER IN THE DROP DOWN MENU BELOW.
NOTE: A refundable Core Fee is necessary. You will be refunded within 30 days of us receiving your cylinder core.
When you receive your parts, package your old cylinder and ship it back to our address on the label. Please include the "Core" invoice copy that is in the box with your core when you ship yours back.
Once we receive it, we will process it and refund your core fee.
Please note, cylinder does not qualify for core fee if it is an iron sleeved cylinder. Not all of your core fee will be refunded if: The cylinder skirt that hangs below the base is snapped off. If the head or base mounting surface is compromised and requires welding and machining (rare). Package the cylinder carefully so no additional damage occurs. It is a given that the Nikasil bore is damaged and scared, hence the reason you need a cylinder. If just the bore is damaged and can be re-plated you will get a 100% core fee refund.
PLEASE REMOVE ALL CYLINDER ATTACHMENTS PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR CORE (ie. Power Valve, Studs, etc)

I got this cylinder and piston kit for my 2000 CR250r, and couldn’t be happier, assembling the power valve, cylinder and piston went smoothly. Bike runs great now, highly recommend, great price too.
