Our Polaris 800CFI CAST piston Stage-3 Kits include the following:
1 - OEM Polaris Remanufactured crankshaft assy. with ALL NEW OEM Main bearings, NEW cross pins, NEW Rod bearings, NEW Drive gear, NEW center seals. Crank is trued and indexed to OEM or better specification. Crankshaft is ready to install.
2 - OEM Polaris Remanufactured and re-plated cylinder Mono-block. Bores are std. size, plating is the best in the industry and utilizes our proprietary hone finish and bore tolerances are BETTER than OEM. Typically we hold .0003 (Thats 3 TENTHS)for taper and roundness
3 - Genuine MCB Cast piston Durability Top-End kit. Absolutely the best in the industry with PROPERLY designed pistons and components. MCB does NOT utilize generic off brand pistons in ANY of our kits. These are designed from the ground up to solve several issues with the 800CFI and the record speaks for itself with thousands in use today.
4 - Complete Professional engine gasket set including TTO Crankshaft seals, Interface gaskets, all O-rings and we even include all the injector o-rings!
5 - Polaris 800 CFI specific hints and tips sheet as well as a Top-end reference sheet
