In Stock - WHILE supplies last. These are BRAND NEW POLARIS Crankcases for the 2011 and 2012 900 RZR. These will ONLY fit those years with the factory Dry-Sump oiling systems. These CANNOT be used in alternate applications because of Engine mounting style/oil pan/pump/outlets/etc.
These NEW POLARIS cases are from our Engine build dept. and have had the tensioner relocation upgrade done to them. This is a machined plug that moves the tension guide pivot closer to the crank sprocket to help alleviate the common issues with cam timing jumping. we normally charge 150.00 alone for this proven modification.
Kits include NEW matched set of Crankcases (1204529/2204636/2204507), All new main bolts (7519141,7519154), All new perimeter bolts (7518578), New Oil diverter (5438214), All new access plugs (7052413), Oil filter mount (2520952) and all new galley plugs.
All cases have OEM bearing codes and for an additional fee can be matched to any of our Engine rebuild kits or Crankshafts when ordering those items.
