(Available in the following bore sizes 82mm STD, 83mm, and 84mm) These are IRON bore engines and often will need to be bored and honed oversize during rebuild. You can send us your cylinders and we can provide this additional service and set your bore clearance. (additional $150.00 per cylinder)
Complete ROTATING KIT includes NEW Crank, NEW Rods, Custom Pistons, Ring sets, Pins, Bearings, and Full Gasket and Oil Seals Kit.
Each ROTATING kit contains everything you need to complete your LOWER END rebuild the first time- HD Crankshaft and connecting rods, Custom Pistons, Rings, Pins, all applicable bearings, and complete bottom end gasket and oil seals kit made to meet or exceed OEM specs.
Pistons are Custom MCB German FORGINGS for superior strength that have superior durability to the oem cast versions.
HD Series Crankshaft & Connecting rods are double forged from dedicated dies and feature shot peening, directed oiling.
Bottom end gasket kits are made from premium materials, exceeding OEM standards, to provide exceptional seal between critical mating surfaces.
Main bearings are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Each is case hardened for maximum life and smooth operation at high RPM’s.
Corrosion resistant crank surface treatment to prevent corrosion and pitting over long term use or storage. This will add to the life as well the strength of the assembly.
Top end of rod is bushed for oil retention and eliminates pin galling. The bottom end rod bores are case hardened to 58-62 RC to optimize bearing running surface.
The crank pin bearings are manufactured from the highest quality, hot rolled steel case hardened to 58-62 RC to extend the lifetime of the assembly.
We also have many of the additional small parts that may be worn such as CAM timing chains, intermediate chains, etc. just call with your list of needs. 810-395-7162
