MCB Stage-2 engine rebuild kit. This includes a Ski Doo 800HO crankshaft along with a MCB dual ring piston kit that includes all gaskets necessary. It applies to all years 800 HO and HO PTEK 2004-2007. (if you have a 800R 2007-2013 model see our other products). This kit includes the ready to drop in Crank, MCB Dual Ring Piston kit (or Forged piston upgrade), 50 Grams of Isoflex and brand new complete professional gasket set with all seals. This is an OEM crank re-manufactured using all OEM bearings (Koyo and FAG). The crankshaft is indexed and PROPERLY trued. Our kits come with complete instructions with torque values, ring end gap specifications, cylinder wall clearance specifications etc. We also offer a cylinder exchange for most all engines or see our STAGE 3 KIT.
